Processing & Shipping

Each piece is handmade with care from polymer clay and unique materials. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be crafted and shipped. Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because every item is handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
